How to blur your photos part 2 : motion blur / speed effect

To access this tool you will need the app Picsart. Open your photo and click on ‘effects’ in the menu at the bottom of the screen. 

Once you’ve selected ‘effects’ select the blur tool:

For this image I wanted to create the illusion of speed so I select the ‘motion blur’ option:

Once you’ve selected the motion blur tool, you need to use the options below to adjust the effect to suit your photo:

1. Select motion blur

2. Select this brush and trace over the parts of the photo where you don’t want any blur ( I used this by traceing over the front parts of the camel and the body as I wanted a bit more clarity in these parts)

3. Adjust this if the blur is too harsh

4. Adjust this according to how quick your want the object to appear

5. Adjust this to match the direction you want your object to go
